I haven't always been the confident leader I am today. My ascent wasn't linear, and I grappled with the pressures of conformity and fitting into pre-defined molds. But through self-discovery and embracing my unique identity, I unearthed a powerful truth: authenticity not only empowers me, but also inspires and uplifts those around me.

This realization fueled my passion for guiding others on their own leadership journeys. Whether navigating complex intercultural dynamics, building high-performing teams, or simply finding their authentic voice, I coach with empathy and understanding.
